The Vacuum Chamber is robust stainless steel inside supplied with two stainless steel shelves. The chamber is heated by large area heaters strapped to its outer surface and insulated with super fine mineral wool. The chamber is closed by thick toughned glass plate sealing into a neoprene rubber gasket.The door closer is three screw threaded catch.This system provides excellent vaccum performance.Two diaphragm valve and a vacuum gauge are provided.The valve which are intended for vacuum connection and the admission of either dry air or inert atmosphere have their nozzle conveniently located.The Oven can be operated at any pressure less than atmospheric. Oven temperature is controlled by a hydraulic thermostat. An indicator lamp shows the operation of the heater. Note :These vacuum oven are supplied without vacuum pump. Thermostatic with glass door temp.can be maintained from 500  C to 130 0  C. A. Size inside: 22.5 cm dia x 30 cm Depth 12 Ltrs. Outer dimension: 558 x 482 x 660 mm B. This vacuum oven without glass door will have stainless steel door and temp.can be                maintained from 130 0   C upto 300 0   C. Size: 300 Dia x 600 mm Depth   43 Ltrs. Outer Dimension: 736 x 890 x 838 mm OPTION: Electronic digital Temperature Controller-cum-Indicator instead of thermostat. PID Controller having two ramp & two soak profile can be fitted in above instruments.
